The Member of Parliament for Tema West, Hon. James Enu, has encouraged students to steer clear of social vices and remain focused on their studies as they strive for future success.

He urged them to nurture personal dreams and work diligently towards achieving their goals.
Hon Enu made the call during an interaction with students of the Klagon Tema West Municipal Assembly (TWMA) Junior High School (JHS), who visited Parliament as part of an educational tour.
The Tema West MP also reassured teachers across the country to remain committed, noting that President John Dramani Mahama will implement impactful policies aimed at improving their conditions of service.
The lawmaker took the opportunity to educate the students on the roles of Parliament, including its legislative responsibilities, power of the purse, and oversight functions.
Assistant Head of the school, Faith Normegbor, who led the students’ delegation in collaboration with the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) explained that the purpose of the visit was to give the students a practical understanding of the legislature and its functions.
The delegation included 56 students, six teachers, and two NCCE officials.
